Activity Recording Made Simple

The onscreen Personal Counter window is tiny about 2 inches by ½ inch. There are only two buttons, one used to record a count and one to view reports.

The Personal Counter window stays resident on top of any open application. It is so small it can be placed unobtrusively in any corner of the screen. As tasks are completed, simply click on the Update Count button and the personal activity list is displayed. A single click on the appropriate activity increments the count for that activity. Personal Counter records not only the count but also the date and time of every entry.

As data is recorded users can either return to the tiny Personal Counter window or size the activity list window to suit their current screen contents. High volume data entry and editing is also supported using edit buttons located at the bottom of the screen.

Detailed Reports Instantly Summarize Activity

Reporting from Personal Counter could not be easier. First the user clicks on the Report button from the Personal Counter window. The Report screen allows users to select the date range they wish to report on based on the data collected to that point. If no date selection is made, Personal Counter will, by default, report on all data in the log.

Next, one of the four available reports is selected by clicking the appropriate reporting option button. Finally, the View or Print button is clicked and the summarized data is instantly displayed or printed. The entire process takes only a few seconds.

Customize to your Unique Requirements  

Each user can create and maintain his unique activity list simply by clicking the Setup button on the Report screen. The Setup screen has all the functions necessary to completely control the list and display the activities as well as manage the activity log.

Presentation Quality Graphic Output

Viewing data presented on a graph allows you to instantly identify relationships and trends that are not easily recognized from numeric lists. Once in the graphics module, you can select from a wide gallery of graphic displays, control image angles and scales, add your own notes, and print high quality output.

With one click you can copy the graphic and paste it directly into any other program an ideal resource for your reporting needs.

Export Data Directly to MS Excel Spreadsheets

The entire data set or activity log for any range of dates is automatically exported into an Excel worksheet.

When transaction times are exported they are loaded to a unique summary template provided with Counter Professional. Macros will instantly generate a complete activity log and a summary pivot table where a wide range of statistical analysis is available.

Data sets that span multiple dates will be exported sorted by activity by day. Once in Excel you can use your own Excel skills to further summarize and analyze the data to meet all your requirements.
